The monthly subscription includes the ability to generate 5 CIMs per month.
Additional CIM generations beyond the monthly limit will be automatically processed at not more than $50 per CIM with no additional action required from the user. The reason for this is to cover the customary costs our AI partner charges.
Once the required information and documents are uploaded, the AI typically generates a complete CIM in 5 to 7 minutes. This is an amazing time savings compared to the many hours required to create a CIM with human analysts.

InfoGate is designed with multiple layers of security to protect client information.
Uploaded files are encrypted at rest using AES 256 encryption and all data transmitted between systems is encrypted using TLS. Documents uploaded to the platform remain stored securely within InfoGate infrastructure and are never transmitted in their original form during slide generation.
When the AI generates slide content, only small extracted text passages relevant to a specific section are processed. Entire documents are never transmitted and client identities or account details are not included in processing requests.
Client organizations are also fully isolated within the system. Access to projects and financial data is restricted through server side controls that ensure each organization can only access its own information. Files are delivered through secure signed URLs and can be permanently deleted by the client at any time.
These controls ensure that confidential financial information remains protected throughout the CIM generation workflow.
