Intellectual Property

All deliverables, templates, reports, and related materials produced by InfoGate Financial LLC are the exclusive property of InfoGate Financial LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deliverables are provided for your firm’s internal or deal-related use only. You may not resell, distribute, reproduce, or use any materials for commercial purposes outside of your direct business operations without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

InfoGate Financial treats all client data, financials, and company information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any non-public information to third parties except as necessary to perform the contracted Services or as required by law.
Clients are likewise prohibited from sharing InfoGate’s proprietary methods, templates, or internal processes with competitors or third-party vendors.

Payment and Delivery

All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deliverables will be provided based on the agreed-upon scope, format, and timeline. Any additional revisions or expanded requests outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

No Guarantee of Transaction Outcome

InfoGate Financial provides professional M&A support services, not investment advice or brokerage services.
We do not guarantee the completion, success, or valuation outcome of any transaction. Final deal results depend on market conditions, buyer interest, and other factors outside our control.

Refund Policy

All payments are final. Due to the custom nature of each engagement, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced. In the rare case of material error or omission, InfoGate Financial may, at its discretion, make reasonable corrections to deliverables.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to perform the Services.
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate data may extend delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of InfoGate Financial.

Limitation of Liability

InfoGate Financial LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business data provided to InfoGate Financial (such as company information, contact details, or payment data) will only be used to fulfill the Services and comply with applicable laws. We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.

Changes to Terms

InfoGate Financial reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
