Noah Neitlich is the Founder and CEO of InfoGate Financial LLC, and holds his FINRA Series 79 license to advise on M&A transactions. Over the course of his career, Noah has gained experience across a wide range of transactions, building a deep understanding of how to prepare and position companies for investors and buyers. Noah had a unique military education that emphasized discipline and attention to detail. He graduated summa cum laude from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. The lessons learned from the Citadel serve as a foundation that shapes InfoGate Financial’s approach to transactions today. Every mandate is expected to be handled with accuracy and delivered to the standard expected in professional deal work.

Andrew Neitlich

VP of Strategy

Andrew Neitlich is Vice President of Strategy at InfoGate Financial LLC. He joined the firm after working with InfoGate Financial to value his own company and gaining the confidence to bring it to market. Guided by InfoGate’s process, Andrew took his company through the private equity sale process and closed successfully at the valuation range that had been suggested. Having sat on the seller’s side of the table, he understands the requirements, challenges, and opportunities business owners face when preparing for and executing a transaction. Andrew brings this first-hand perspective to InfoGate clients, helping ensure that every engagement is approached with both technical accuracy and a deep appreciation for the owner’s experience. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and combines decades of leadership, consulting, and coaching expertise with practical insight into what it takes to achieve a successful exit.
